Vice President – Sales and Operations
We are in search of an accomplished and visionary Vice President of Sales and Operations to lead our company’s operational strategies and initiatives. This pivotal role requires a professional with a proven track record in sales, overseeing and optimizing diverse operational functions. The Vice President of Sales and Operations will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive plans to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the organization. This senior leadership position involves spearheading and aligning operational goals with the company’s overall objectives, as well as managing a multifaceted team and resources to ensure seamless and cost-effective operations. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities, leveraging their expertise to drive innovation, implement best practices, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. The Vice President of Sales and Operations will play a fundamental role in guiding the company through its next phase of growth and success.
Job Duties
- Develop, implement, and oversee operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities to meet business objectives and KPIs.
- Lead and mentor an operational team to ensure optimal performance and growth.
- Analyze current operations and propose improvements for increased efficiency and reduced costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall business operations.
- Manage resources effectively, including budget allocation and staffing.
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.
- Create and report on key operational metrics to the management.
Terms of Employment: Permanent position
Language of Work: English
Wage: $60 per hour, 40 hours per week.

Skills Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
